Parade Group Applications

Everyone participating in the parade must pre-register. This can either be through a Parade Group if you are with a group, organisation, or business, or you can register for the Community Section to march with friends, family, or as an individual.

All VIPs and Sponsors must also have a parade wristband to join the parade; please contact your account liaison. Sponsors bringing a large group (10+) are expected to register a Parade Group as part of their sponsorship package — this will ensure an appropriate place is reserved for you in the parade.

This page only contains information about submitting a Parade Group Application. We have dedicated pages on our website for parade participant info, independent registration (coming soon), or spectator info.

Applications officially open from January 2024 until the deadline of Monday, 8th April 2024. Due to high demand, we may be unable to accept applications after this deadline; after the deadline, please apply as soon as possible below to join the waiting list, or contact us. Apply early to avoid disappointment.

Submit an Application

We require all organisations to complete an application form (including pre-approved organisations) so we have all the details necessary to organise your attendance.

Please complete this form by the deadline of Monday, 8th April 2024, but the sooner the better! Applications submitted after this date may not be processed in time for the event. Applications are typically reviewed within one month of submission. Once your application has been approved, you can then review our parade attendee info (coming soon).
